Pastor Paul grew up in the country of Rhodesia in Southern Africa where he gave his life to Christ at the age of 12 at an Evangelistic Crusade. While serving in the Rhodesian Army he rededicated his life to the Lord and received a call from the Lord to serve Him full time in ministry. In 1978 Pastor Paul went to Christ for the Nations Bible College in Dallas Texas, where he trained for ministry. In 1980 he returned to Zimbabwe/Rhodesia and ministered as part of a team of ministers and spent 5 fruitful years Pastoring, Teaching, and Evangelising. Paul started a church in the rural area of Zimbabwe and also another in Harare.In 1985 he was married to his wife Cindy and in1986 they moved to Cleveleys to pioneer Cleveleys Christian Centre.
